So on the actual day of my 21st,it was really quite a day of madness and sweet surprises.
First up,the bbf brought me to this dimsum place near dhoby ghaut to eat likewise authentic Hongkong dimsum(lets go there again soon,I wna try their XO carrotcake) and the milk tea is mad love!I seldom drink milk tea with little inhibition but this one really keeps me addicted.
After that we went to ILUUUMA and had yoghurt there which one hour later I was whisked off to liangming's house blindfolded throughout the journey and I was made to listen to chuan's itouch with it playing all the annoying songs that I dont like (lucky i only mentioned two to her) and for the rest of the songs i heard,i practically belted all of them out in the cab and HUR ok la i kind of sang everything out of tune and everyone in the cab was laughing at me(namely wyping chuans and the cab auntie) but then what better time to be crazy than when you are blindfolded and youre stuck with hearing only songs such as single ladies by beyonce.woots.
And then at liangming's house,the cellies were there with a tea party all prepared! haha apparently they also coordinated with my sisters to ensure that i was free during that time.It was really quite a shock to see everyone there and really appreciate everyone for taking the time out to come over and to celebrate.There were like many many balloons made by rujia,then a sumptious spread of food prepared including crackers with cheese spread,sushi,popiah that you can DIY yourself and add as many prawns as you want,and pocky sticks in glass cups etc.and I got another wallet from them by BIMBA AND LOLA as well as a box filled with cards and a brownie with chilli powder in it made by jialing.LOL.sabo.hahah
And after that it was night safari,and the peektures in facebook more or less shows how much fun and excitement that night was.
And of course not forgetting the celebration with the jc people,yanling,jasper,shenghui and huimin(and anna and zhiyi who were overseas,but appreciate the thought,and raymond whos working).Spent the hot but awesome day at palawan beach.Epic moment of sh going down into the water chest high to retrieve the ball after he tried to throw the ball over the bridge but it bounced back and landed further into the deeper side of the sea.LOL.and our funny attempts to try to hit the ball consecutively.Played card game saboteur where sh kept getting mistaken as the saboteur when actually hes not ahaa.and of course not forgetting the lovely barney birthday set which yanling made me wear and take photos of,which it really felt quite silly.hahah and of course we had to play the who can burst the balloon first game and jas had his achievement of his lifetime by managing to blow the balloon big enough so that it can be burst.haha WELL DONE!
And so after the hot humid day,went to white dog cafe with them which the food tasted quite good,and they gave me my presents!(which they originally said it was 1) from daiso,ten items from there 2) some china brand earphones called titanium or tiffany or sth. 3)makeup samples from chanel etc. but of course that wasnt the case la.so i got for myself new mad chio audio technica earphones(definitely not cheapo china brand) and marjolica mascara and eyelash primer,eyeshadow and a super good revlon eyeliner).the ultimate kit for an extreme makeover.hahah so me,the makeup noob will be trying out some makeup pretty soon.
so yup,my twentyfirst birthday was spent with all these amazing people! really enjoyed myself and XOXOXOXOXO TTM!:DDDD |

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!
i was looking back at all the previous posts i wrote and suddenly im thankful that i actually posted them down cause there was this particular post about the world cup fever that reminded me of my late night football watching with my dad,although it was only for that two/three football matches,it was kind of a good time together and he will buy supper/cook maggi mee for me during the half time.supper makes me happy:)
anyway so far I had two celebrations,one where the cellies came over to my house and brought a cake and a board with their well wishes.it was really sweet of them and i was really quite touched.and another one with my uni clique people.they are just abt the most amazing people in my course and im really thankful for meeting each and everyone of them.they make the four hell years a lot much easier.
